EMULSION 530A is a superior rust-proofing oil and emulsion cleaner. It is alkali stable under normal conditions and when used at 1% to 25% by volume it imparts corrosion resistance to steel and/or cast iron parts. EMULSION 530A has no objectionable odour and no hazardous ingredients harmful to the skin.
1. At a concentration of 1% to 3% by volume, EMULSION 530A will protect ferrous parts from red rust for 2 to 3 weeks.
2. At 3% to 5% by volume the corrosion protection increases to 3 to 4 weeks.
3. At a concentration of 5% to 25% by volume, the corrosion protection increases to 1 to 2 months.

5. Leaves nonâsticky corrosion inhibiting film.
6. Specially formulated corrosion inhibitors provide excellent protection to metal surfaces and sharp edges.
7. Formulated for maximum compatibility with downstream painting processes.
8. Can be used at temperatures from ambient to 130F.
9. Readily cleanable with most mild cleaners.

Method B: >10% v/v Emulsion 530A
