IRMCO EXTREME 460-81A product is designed for heavy-duty stamping and drawing operations while containing zero petroleum oil content. Mostly used for deep drawing and forming operations and have outperformed EP straight oils. This series of products was created to replace traditional high viscosity oil and fat-based lubricants, including chlorinated paraffins and pigmented pastes on operations as severe as fine-blanking and severe ironing. The IRMCO EXTREME TM 460-81A product is stable dispersions comprised of a non-petroleum synthetic polymer. They were developed specifically for aluminized steel and aluminized stainless steel, but have exhibited superior performance drawing of aluminum and ferrous metals as well.

Do not dilute. Use as a neat product.
