EZ KLEEN QUENCH WASH 560 is a nitrite, phosphate and NPE-free liquid cleaner and inhibitor designed specifically for cleaning heat-treated parts after they have been quenched.
EZ KLEEN QUENCH WASH 560 can be used in spray or immersion applications and is formulated to clean and provide corrosion protection in a single step, no rinsing required. The cleaner package will split/reject oil readily from the bath, allowing it to be skimmed and extending the bath life.
EZ KLEEN QUENCH WASH 560 is typically used at 8 – 16% by volume at temperatures ranging from 150 – 170°F. Proper methods of oil removal will ensure a longer bath life.
