EZ KLEEN POWERWASH APPLE is a sodium Hypochlorite (Bleach) Enhancer for power washing buildings, houses, windows, and other outdoor cleaning jobs. It has a coloured marker, pleasant apple masking scent, and surfactants to enhance cling on vertical surfaces. When mixed with sodium hypochlorite and sprayed on the surface to be cleaned, the slight pink colour will disappear in 1-3 min depending on the strength of the Hydroxide and how much EZ KLEEN POWERWASH APPLE is used. This helps reduce overspray and helps the operator know where they have sprayed to reduce usage.
EZ KLEEN POWERWASH APPLE is an alkaline liquid, formulated for high foam touch-free washing of buildings, fences, houses, vinyl, and sidings. It contains non-ionic and amphoteric surface-active agents to rapidly wet the traffic film. It contains sequestrate to solubilize the earth metal salts and alkali to speed up the sequestration process. This process causes the grub to dissolve and allows the unwanted dirt to be flushed away without the use of a sponge or brushes.
EZ KLEEN POWERWASH APPLE is fully biodegradable and can be used with hot or cold water.
To obtain the full benefits of EZ KLEEN POWERWASH APPLE, it should be applied through a pressure washer fitted with a foaming lance. Where there is a venturi jet it should be set to deliver at a dilution of up to 1:70.
Softer water requires fewer chemicals. When applied this way the product produces creamy foam which remains in place on vertical surfaces for up to 15 minutes-allowing good contact time for the active ingredients to penetrate and loosen soils. Follow with a plain water rinse.
