EZ KLEEN BIO CONCRETE CLEANER is a proprietary blend of concentrated, biodegradable detergents, bacterial spores, & bio-stabilization agents. Bio Concrete Cleaner effectively removes oil-based grime from porous hard surfaces such as brick, concrete, and ceramic tile. The product’s biological package will leave residual non-pathogenic cleaning spores that will work after the cleaning procedure has finished. It’s a non-flammable water-based formulation for effective cleaning without using heavy solvent-based cleaners.

Prewet the soiled surface with water, apply EZ KLEEN BIO CONCRETE CLEANER, allow it to work for 30 minutes whilst keeping surface wet (avoid dry out) Rinse with fresh water. Pretest new areas and do not use on asphalt.
