EZ COOL SEMI SYNTHETIC
High-quality coolant blend consisting of quality oils, a highly effective synthetic package, corrosion inhibitors and excellent bio resistance. It is used in machining, grinding, roll forming and most metals.
Excellent corrosion protection for parts and machine tools. Good detergency to keep wheels open in grinding for less dressing. Safe on steel, aluminum, brass and copper. Does not contain phenols, phosphates, nonylphenol ethoxylates and chlorine
Always blend EZ COOL SEMI SYNTHETIC by adding the product to water with agitation.
For Grinding: EZ COOL SEMI SYNTHETIC should be used at a concentration range of 4% to 6% by volume.
For Machining/Roll forming: EZ COOL SEMI SYNTHETIC should be used at a concentration of 5% to 7% by volume.
